2023: Creation of a technopark

In the Preobrazhenskoye district, the business center on Malaya Semenovskaya Street in Moscow was assigned the status of a technopark. The capital's mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced this on his Telegram channel on August 30, 2023.

According to Sobyanin, this business center houses 65 companies with more than 2 thousand people. More than half of the residents of the new technopark specialize in the field of IT, communications and telecommunications, 32% in manufacturing, the rest are engaged in research activities, the mayor added.

Part of the buildings occupied by the business center are architectural monuments of the XIX century. There is also a museum of geodetic instruments and equipment on the territory of the technopark, Sobyanin wrote.

Among the key residents of the technopark are:

  • JSC "National Bureau of Informatization" develops tools for optimizing complex technological and business processes of enterprises, the company's developments are used at thermal power plants, state district power plants, as well as for organizing technical water supply at enterprises;
  • Mosgraf LLC is developing IT solutions for 3D visualization and presentation of projects, animation, VR and digital video content;
  • LLC "Scientific and Introduction Association" BO-ENERGO. ASTS '"is an innovative full-cycle enterprise that specializes in the development of technical solutions in the field of automated assessment of the technical condition of turbogenerators, power transformers, gas-insulated switchgears;
  • Hi-Tech Media Systems LLC is a manufacturer of multimedia equipment for equipping turnkey business centers, including conference rooms, meeting rooms and multifunctional halls for events, as well as classrooms, situation centers, sports complexes and exhibition halls.[1]
