2020: Strategic partnership from CST for promotion of products of group in India

VARA Technology (VARA) will propose to corporate customers in India specialized solutions in the field of front and voice biometrics from CST group. Strategic partnership provides expansion of a portfolio VARA products and solutions of group of CST which will be presented to financial and public institutions, transport enterprises, suppliers of telecommunication services. On September 28, 2020 reported about it in CST group.

As noted, in India significantly increased demand for remote identification of clients and contactless biometric authentication for replacement of traditional approaches for increase in security, access control and creation of the barrier-free environment and also customer interaction in digital channels. Solutions of group of CST are selected as the most corresponding to such requests. Competences of group of CST of the solution of difficult tasks of identification and analytics, improvement of customer service quality, innovations and security on the basis of biometric data became a key factor of the choice. Besides, existence in a product portfolio of CST several connected types of biometrics — the front and voice and also ready platform for solving of tasks with the minimum requirements to integration and installation had at once an impact.

VARA and group of CST selected three strategic directions of cooperation:

• The smart safe city using biometrics and approaches of prevention and control of diseases on transport, in public institutions and public places. The solution of CST is implemented in the Safe&Smart city projects in Russia, integrating in a single system thousands of cameras on city streets and transport infrastructure.
• Voice biometrics as a part of digital remote customer interaction (e-KYC) for financial, telecommunication, electronic commercial and government services.
• Control systems of access (ACS) on the basis of multimodal biometrics for simplification of control of personnel, remote monitoring of temperature and creation of the safe, barrier-free environment for office buildings, hotels, shops and the plants.
