Discussion with participation of the Minister of digital development K. Noskov

On November 27 TAdviser SummIT will pass in the status "With assistance of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications". The minister of digital development, communication and mass communications Konstantin Noskov will become one of participants of the panel discussion devoted to experience of leaders of digital transformation of the state.
