Biography

Was born in the aul Besleny of the Karachay-Cherkess Autonomous Region of Stavropol Krai (Karachay-Cherkess Republic).

1981-1982 - deputy dean of Financial and economic faculty;

1984-1987 - dean of Faculty of the international economic relations;

1987-1991 - head of group of the Soviet teachers of the Aden university (People's democratic Republic Yemen, now Yemen Arab Republic);

1992 - Financial academy at the Government of the Russian Federation

2010 - Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (the assistant - the senior teacher - the associate professor - professor).

1991-2002 - vice rector for economic work, vice rector for study, the first vice rector for study;
