The investigation of the criminal case against Mrs. Laletina is carried out by the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Northern District, which incriminates her with fraud on an especially large scale (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code). The plot of the criminal case itself has not yet been disclosed.

The source noted that several years ago, entrepreneur Denis Mikhailov, who sold the house on Rublevskoye Shosse to Mrs. Laletina, tried to sue her 2.8 million rubles. for the collection of wine stored in it, but the claim was denied to him. As the prosecutor clarified, this amount includes a vacation of the Laletina family in Turkey (3.1 million rubles), a Persian carpet (3 million rubles), a Louis Vuitton suitcase and a juicer.

Laletina herself said that the accusation is clear to her, but she does not admit her guilt in full. Her lawyers also draw the court's attention to the fact that "the prosecution often appeals to concepts such as" unspecified time "and" unspecified place. "" At the same time, human rights activists note, there is not a single fact of fixing the transfer of funds by Laletina in the case.

This is really an absurd accusation: a carpet, a juicer and a suitcase. We draw the attention of the court that there is neither a carpet, nor a juicer, nor a suitcase in the case file, - said lawyer Laletina, adding that there are no facts in the case of fixing the transfer of money to Laletina.
