Biography

Andrei was born in Moscow.

He graduated from school number 1840 in the city of Moscow.

In 2004 he was educated at the Moscow Engineering and Physics Institute.

In 2002, he worked in the support department, commercial director of the electronic banking systems department at R-Style Softlab.

In 2007, he began working as a manager for working with customers from the banking industry, later as a manager for working with key customers from retail, the head of the department, and the head of the department of SAP CIS.

Since the beginning of 2012, he headed the division as Director of Sales of Trade Industries at SAP CIS.

In 2015, he received the position of Director of the Department of Sales of Cloud and Functional Business Solutions in SAP CIS.

As of March 8, 2018, he holds the position of Deputy General Director for Cloud Business Solutions in SAP CIS.

In 2019, he became the head of the SAP service line in the Central and Eastern European region.

2020: SAP CIS Manager

Since April 01, 2020, Andrei Sharak has been responsible for all activities of the SAP service organization in Russia and the CIS countries. Its key priorities will be to ensure customer satisfaction and high quality of services, support the promotion of innovative SAP products, the development of a portfolio of services and consulting expertise. This was announced on April 14, 2020 by SAP CIS.

Ara Aguzumqian will continue to work as head of innovative solutions and services in the region of Central and Eastern Europe.
