Criteria for evaluation of information technology security" and also to requirements of control of lack of not declared opportunities. It can be used for creation:

Development History

2019: Infoturnover WSWS is included in the register of domestic software

By the order of the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation of 7/25/2019 No. 412 of data on the software of Infoturnover WSWS is included in the unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases.

2018

Till April 2, 2021 the validity of the certificate of conformity to security requirements of information No. 3384 issued by FSTEC of Russia on a content management system of "Infoturnover WSWS 4.2" is extended. The certificate is prolonged within accomplishment of obligations for certified support that gives to partners and customers a possibility of advance planning of the information systems needing certification for security requirements of information.

2017

Testing for compatibility with "Red OS"

The companies "Red Soft" and "National center of support and development" announced on September 26, 2017 testing of two products from lines of developers: "Red OS" and "Infoturnover WSWS". As a result of tests the possibility of deployment and use of a management system content of "Infoturnover WSWS" on to the operating system "Red OS" was confirmed.

Infoturnover WSWS 4.2 on Alfresco One

The national center of support and development releases the second set of updates for a content management system of Infoturnover WSWS 4.2 developed based on Alfresco One 5.1.3.3.

2016

Inspection control in FSTEC Russia the first set of updates for a content management system of Infoturnover WSWS 4.2 developed by National Center of Support and Development LLC based on Alfresco One 4.2.5.4 is released and took place.

2015

Preparation for certification in FSTEC

On March 30, 2015 the "National Center of Support and Development" company (NCPR) announced preparation for certification of the solution in FSTEC on compliance to requirements of the 4th level of control of not declared opportunities^[1].

The NCPR was provided by "Infoturnover WSWS 4.2" at the "Ecosystem of ESM in the conditions of Crisis" conference in Moscow, at the end of February, 2015.

The NCPR is engaged in certification of "Infoturnover WSWS 4.2" in FSTEC on compliance to requirements of the 4th level of control of not declared opportunities (NDV4). When this process comes to the end, "Infoturnover WSWS" will become in Russia the third ECM platform with such certificate after EMC Documentum and IBM FileNet that will become an important event for Open Source world as two other certified systems are proprietary, - Vladimir Ryabchikov, the CEO of NCPR noted.

Obtaining FSTEC certificate

On May 7, 2015 FSTEC of Russia published the updated data of the state register of the certified information security tools. In the register there was information on certificate of conformity No. 3384 issued on a content management system of Infoturnover WSWS 4.2.

Infoturnover WSWS 4.2 is certified according to the scheme of tests of product samples for serial production on compliance to requirements of a task for security on the 2nd estimated trust level (OUD2) and on compliance to requirements of the 4th level of absence control of not declared opportunities (NDV4).

Use of a product during creation of automated systems to a class of security 1G inclusive, personal data information systems up to 1 level of security inclusive, the state information systems up to 1 class of security inclusive, automated control systems for production and technology processes up to 1 class of security inclusive and public information systems is allowed.

Infoturnover WSWS 4.2 - a content management system is developed using modern cloud computing within technology partnership with Alfresco company and has functionality:

• Management of documents: creation of documents, editing contents and values of attributes, conversion of formats of representation, adding of comments and binding among themselves, indexation, categorization, version control and routes of the movement, maintaining stories of work with documents;
• Management of archives: creation of the structured archives of documents, distribution and access control to them, attributive and full-text search for documents, automation the politician of storage, support of integrity, relevance, lack of duplication, import and export, maintaining reference books and lists, backup and recovery;
• Business process management: creation and start of business processes, notification on receipt of new tasks and instructions, condition monitoring and control of terms of accomplishment, viewing stories of accomplishment of business processes.
• Management of web content: creation and maintaining the websites, distribution and access control to them, editing contents, creation and blogging and the Internet portals
• Management of joint work: consolidation of users in groups for joint work, problem definition and instructions, use of calendars and notifications on events, information mailings by e-mail, a possibility of joint discussion and editing documents by means of forums/discussions and Wiki technology, integration with external services and social networks.

System architecture

Several components take part in system operation of "Infoturnover WSWS 4.2":

• the client - the Firefox browser, is a part of client operating system of "MSVSphere of 6.3 automated workplaces".
• The portal server – the physical or virtual machine running server OS "MSVSphere 6.3 Server" with the configured Alfresco Share software working in the environment of a container of servlets Tomcat.
• The content management server – the physical or virtual machine running server OS "MSVSphere 6.3 Server" with the configured Alfresco Repository software working in Tomcat.
• The document storage server - the physical or virtual machine under control of server operating system "MSVSphere 6.3 Server" with the customized NFS file system.
• The server of storage of metadata - the physical or virtual machine running server OS "MSVSphere 6.3 Server" with the customized PostgreSQL database management system.
• The indexation server - the physical or virtual machine running server OS "MSVSphere 6.3 Server" with the configured Alfresco Solr software working in Tomcat.

The initial version of a content management system Infoturnover WSWS 4.2 developed by National Center of Support and Development LLC is submitted on certification in the system of certification of means data protection FSTEC Russia on the scheme of tests of product samples for serial production on compliance to requirements of a task for security and the regulating document "Information technology security. Criteria for evaluation of information technology security" and also to requirements of control of lack of not declared opportunities.

2013

The national center of support and development releases the initial version of a content management system Infoturnover WSWS 4.2 developed within technology partnership with Alfresco company based on its flagship Alfresco One 4.2.2.5 software product.
