Navicon Pharma TPM (Trade Promotion Management) (before Navicon Hermes) is a cloud solution for trade marketing in pharmaceutics. The solution allows to automate management of relationship with pharmacy chains.

2020: Availability in Yandex. Cloud

On May 19, 2020 it became known that Navicon developer and Yandex company. A cloud signed the partnership agreement. Based on the Yandex platform. The cloud of Navicon will offer clients infrastructure and platform services for storage and data processing, technology for speech recognition and the analysis of images using machine learning and also own solutions for pharmaceutical and the FMCG industries. 2016: Announcement of a cloud solution of Navicon Hermes

On October 19, 2016 the Navicon company announced development of a cloud solution for trade marketing in Navicon Hermes pharmaceutics.

The technology is intended for efficiency analysis of investments into promotion of products on different channels and contract managements. The product is available in a cloud of Microsoft Azure and is intended, first of all, to the pharmaceutical companies wishing to control observance of conditions of marketing agreements and transparency of costs.

A system simplifies the internal processes of pharmaceutical company necessary for the conclusion of marketing agreements and control over the implementation of conditions:

  • approval of agreements,
  • preparation of the reporting
  • planning of the budget.

Navicon Hermes is integrated with industrial CRM/SFA systems that helps to collect data from medical representatives on accomplishment of marketing agreements.

The market of production of medicines promptly grows that means the permanent growth of investment volume into new channels of promotion - in comparison with investments to traditional canals, such as advertizing, work of field employees, actions and others. New methods of promotion require the careful analysis and calculation of return of investments. It means need of consolidation of huge information volume, development of difficult analytical indicators and the solution of many other technology and methodological problems for sales departments, marketing and analytics of pharmkomaniye.
