Pilot-ECM is Pilot product of the line, a system for automation of problems of organizational and administrative document flow.

Pilot-ECM is universal on the sphere of the application and allows to organize the following business processes:

• management of the entering and outgoing correspondence
• contract management
• maintaining memos
• search and maintaining orders
• assessment of internal cost of works.

Work with files

Pilot-ECM ensures safe collective functioning with files of any formats. At change of the file versions of files are created and the possibility of return to any version appears. Each user can subscribe for obtaining notifications on change of files. A system allows to create files on the placed templates.

Work with electronic documents

The entering documentation from e-mail is registered in the automated mode with filling of necessary attributes from letters. Templates and an opportunity to configure "the postponed registration" for draft documents will help to simplify creation of documents.

Using Pilot-ECM the enterprise can organize legally significant electronic document management using the qualified EDS according to No. 63-FZ.

A system allows to create electronic originals in the .XPS or .PDF format, to conduct approval, a statement and acquaintance with electronic documents. At approval annotation of electronic documents with introduction of text and graphic notes and conducting correspondence according to them is supported.

Pilot-ECM monitors creation of document revisions and helps to find quickly differences in the text of documents in the automated mode.

Management of performing discipline

In Pilot-ECM tasks are issued and the course of their execution is controlled: all stages of lifecycle on work with a task (it is issued, in work, on check) are fixed, the change history of a task remains. In need of refining of information on a task it is corresponded, there is an opportunity to appoint the auditor on a task who will trace the task performance course. It is possible analyze work of division or the employee using reports, including having collected information how many tasks are performed in time and how many — with violation.

2017

Inclusion in Whitelist "Kaspersky Lab"

The Ascon company announced on October 27, 2017 conclusion of an agreement about cooperation with Kaspersky Lab. Check of the products Pilot (Pilot-ICE, Pilot-ICE Enterprise and Pilot-ECM) for design management on lack of a malicious code and their inclusion in the knowledge base about net software, or Whitelist became the first result. Release

On September 1, 2017 the Ascon company announced expansion of a product line Pilot for management of the project organization of the Pilot-ECM system automating problems of organizational and administrative document flow.

Sharing of Pilot-ECM with the Pilot-ICE system or its Enterprise-edition implements work in a common information space with organizational and engineering documents.

The key difference of Pilot-ECM in Pilot line — in a system cannot be created and changed the project documentation.

At installation in the organization of the Pilot-ECM and Pilot-ICE systems all employees will work in one database — to participate in planning processes, to issue each other tasks and to control performing discipline on them, to browse and coordinate the engineering and organizational and administrative documentation, to create reporting documentation.

The necessary number of licenses of each product Pilot is selected proceeding from tasks of divisions. For example, Pilot-ECM can be set in the secretariat and contractual department which do not create the project documentation, and Pilot-ICE or its Enterprise-editorial office — at designers.
