The main senders of electronic correspondence are government agencies - the traffic police, FSSP, PFR, magistrates' courts and other departments. Companies of the commercial sector are also interested in the service. The use of the service is attractive, first of all, the ability to send legally significant correspondence through electronic secure channels, the reliability and efficiency of both sending and delivery.

E-mail is a service not only for senders, but also for recipients - final recipients, to whom letters are sent to the personal account of the zakaznoe.pochta.ru website or the public services website instead of paper ones (letters are also sent to public services by the Russian Post).

Since the beginning of the year, the number of recipients connected to the service has grown by almost 40% (from 1.9 million to 2.6 million users). Among them are more than 2.5 thousand - organizations that have agreed to receive correspondence in electronic form.
