2019: Implementation of the platform of information support of maintenance and repairs

On September 17, 2019 the IBS company announced implementation of the platform of information support of maintenance and repairs (MRO) based on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) for Cherkizovo Group at the plant in Kashira.

In work of the huge plant robot the leading role is played by the software as people in workshops of production are absent.

One of the major tasks facing the management of group — maintenance of operating condition of the high-precision equipment, quality improvement of service of robots and the automated lines, reduction of risk of an output of the equipment out of operation, energy saving and, as a result, return of investments into the hi-tech project.

The IBS company became the technology partner of Cherkizovo on development and deployment of such system on production. The choice of the expert IBS command was defined by its experience of management of the complex projects requiring acceptance of difficult management decisions.

The similar platform allows to construct flexible and transparent asset management, increasing enterprise performance. Functions of the platform are extensive, from audit according to ISO 5500 before development of target model, automation and management of technical risks, told Yury Perestoronin, the director of the industries retail and the agrarian industry in IBS company

The feature of the project is a large number of diverse information on the equipment from different suppliers. In view of the fact that the plant is recently started (the so-called greenfield-project), given from them it was necessary to systematize, and then to plan their entering into a system so that to be in time to start term in trial operation. Also a call was the SAP S/4HANA platform on the basis of which the solution was under construction, noted Vitaly Danilchuk, the director of the department of industrial automation in IBS company

In a work progress specialists of IBS automated processes on scheduled preventive maintenance, carrying out abnormal repairs, requirements planning and also purchases of spare parts and supplies, use of analogs and recovery of spare parts.

Besides, processes of information support of a maintenance and repair of all production and non-productive equipment of the enterprise were automated. At the same time all implementation is provided with standard settings of the module MRO. For September, 2019 the platform is already brought into operation.

Such robotic enterprises of a continual loop as our production in Kashira, cannot exist without effective complex IT solutions.
