2019: Providing the European games with power supply in Minsk

On September 17, 2019 it became known that the Delta Electronics company provided with uninterruptible power supply units the 2nd European games in Minsk, Republic of Belarus.

Competitions took place on the largest sports constructions of Minsk, including stadiums "Dynamo", "Minsk arena", "Chizhovka-Arena".

Organizers were faced by a task to ensure energy security of actions: emergency lighting, local DPC, the additional hardware on sports locations and other crucial infrastructure facilities. The first category of power supply was appropriated to all crucial infrastructure facilities. It means, objects should be provided with power supply from two independent sources.

For the solution of this task were transferred and entered into operation of the Delta Electronics UPS of the Ultron family of the NRN series with a power of 200, 60, 30 and 20 kVA with the built-in joint stock banks. Total power of all project was 816 kVA.

One of the main tasks was to show the high level of preparation of Minsk for games. Reliable providing all infrastructure facilities with power supply – the most important component of competitions therefore high quality, existence of the round-the-clock service support and delivery of devices to deadlines became a decisive factor at equipment selection,
