During industrial operation, a number of improvements were required to maximize manual operations and eliminate the human factor. For example, a typical system functionality involves creating two consecutive documents for issuing and entering marking codes into circulation.

Users periodically forgot to create a second document, and therefore, when signing a set of documents by the buyer, the documents did not pass the check in the "Honest Sign." You have had to return documents and perform these actions again. The process now runs automatically.

In addition, about 10 additional checks of marking codes were implemented: from reading at the data collection terminal to forming a set of electronic documents.

As of October 2021, 1C-Rarus provides advice and support to users. About 150 employees of the central warehouse and 50 employees of the retail network became users of the functionality of the system.
