2020: Automation of start of marketing campaigns using solutions of SAS

On December 8, 2020 the SAS company announced that federal retail network on personal care and behind the house "Rainbow Smile" (RS) implemented the analytical platform for automation of marketing activity. The project is implemented using solutions of SAS company.

The Rainbow Smile network works in a drogera format. For management of consumer segments and creation of a system of the personalized communications with clients in scales of big network "Rainbow Smile" implemented a complex of the software products developed by SAS company.

The purchased solutions automated preparation, start and assessment of results of targeted marketing campaigns that allowed to increase their quantity multiply. Within the project the command of SAS developed prototypes of algorithms which are used in UR for the analysis of a basket of the buyer, his tendency to shopping during a certain time frame and to outflow.

SAS has big examination of implementation of similar projects, besides, the analytical platform meets all requirements to functionality, including regarding segmentation of the customer base and formation of contact policy, - Maxim Tsukanov, the head of client analytics of SAS in Russia, the CIS and Southeast Europe noted.
