TD "Megalopolis" increased effective management of distribution by system implementation of automated management of logistics based on the Magenta platform. A system optimizes delivery and helps to execute the standards for customer service quality admitted to the companies. On July 15, 2020 the Magenta Technology company reported about it.

Daily the solution is used for planning about one thousand deliveries. A system distributes orders on cars taking into account the territories assigned to drivers, and then builds a route for each of them. Thanks to accounting when planning time windows of delivery, information on a road network, the high-speed modes, unloading duration in each point routes differ in high accuracy. Following on them allows to come to the client in time.

The solution of Madzhenta company allows to understand at a stage of planning whether the driver in outlet will be in time. Thanks to it we can effectively plan a route and provide high quality of customer service. Now the indicator of Delivery of time in TD 'Megalopolis' is 99.8%', Konstantin Prokopenko, the head of department of transport logistics of Megapolis company commented.

The instructions storekeepers created by a system help employees to load the car quicker. Earlier on assembly, consolidation of orders and loading of 1 machine from 40 to 120 minutes left. Now thanks to assembly of goods according to the route sheet this indicator is about 20 minutes.

Thanks to solution integration of Madzhenta company with transport monitoring system which was already used in TD 'Megalopolis' it was succeeded to increase quality of control of delivery. The solution analyzes information on movement of transport and compares it with the planned route. In case of identification of deviations managers receive notifications in the system module 'Plan fact'.

The data provided by a system on costs of the cost of customer service, efficiency of use of vehicle fleet became base for acceptance of management decisions. In addition the company obtains a large number of useful information for further analytics in 1C.
