Sergey Kozerod: "Web video conferences" from VideoMost appeared in macroregional branch "Centre" of PJSC Rostelecom in 2012. After a year of successful use of service in the central region, the company brought the solution to federal level. For this purpose it appeared to increase enough the power of the service platform and to connect it to billing systems in regions.

Sergey Kozerod: The service "Web video conference" is used by representatives of all segments of business - from large holdings to the small companies, it is connected by regional authorities and educational institutions.

Sergey Kozerod: At state customers of VideoMost firmly is associated with Rostelecom as the company carried out a huge set of video bridges for the most different government institutions through the whole country. In fact, the service of VideoMost is the standard of program video conference. For the state customers and representatives of large domestic business also the fact that VideoMost is completely Russian development unrolled on network of the Russian telecom operator is of particular importance. Commercial clients attracts flexible models of the organization of service and the principle of "single window" at customer interaction - more than 80% of connections are produced after direct communication with the manager of the company. And, of course, we constantly work on convenience of the interface and functionality of service.

Sergey Kozerod: The service is provided in all territory of the Russian Federation, the minimum recommended connection speed – not less than 512 Kbps (outgoing) and not less than 1 Mbps (entering) are the less than the speed of the standard home Internet in Russia, i.e. the service is most available even where there is no high-speed Internet.

Sergey Kozerod: Yes, of course. In 2017 we concentrated efforts on integration of "Web video conferences" with other services of the company, including virtual DPC, hardware VKS and other services. SPIRIT ensures joint work of VideoMost with hardware codecs and reached interoperability from Skype for Business. In 2018 in plans transition to a distributed architecture of the service platform for optimization of routes of traffic.
