Work on web interface for "Ilada" CMS

The company is working on a web interface for the ILADA CIS. In the fall of 2011, its experimental and industrial operation began. I.e. to manage the enterprise, the manager will simply have to go online and start work from anywhere in the world where there is access to the world wide web. Some companies that implement enterprise information systems already have similar analogues, but, as a rule, they all specialize in narrow solutions, for example, only in logistics, personnel or CRM systems. ILADA also allows you to manage all the listed business processes, in addition to affecting all other inherent ERP systems. When they ask me which software product combines the object and process approach and where collective time management is implemented, then I answer - in ILADA. Often, organization leaders underestimate or do not capture this obvious benefit. But those who have already tried to work in our system now do not understand why they used to use different systems specializing only in certain individual business processes.

Generation of software and hardware rental service based on "Ilada" CMS

Software and hardware rental service based on CIS "ILADA" has been formed. "Cloud computing," "Program as a service" (SaaS - Soft as a Service) has become a reality. According to such technology, our customers work - ZAO UMM, ANO "Planet of Childhood Lada," LLC "Reforming Center," LLC "El Bank," which is the first bank in the country to operate using such technology since May 2011. UMM CJSC uses the subsystem "Organizer of collective works," in ANO "Planet of Childhood LL" - "Organizer of collective works" and "Management of labor resources," in LLC "Reforming-center" - "Accounting." At El Bank LLC - all the functionality of the automated banking system, including Settlement and Cash Service, Currency and Exchange Transactions, Credit and Deposit Services of Legal Entities, Plastic Cards, Deposits and Loans of Individuals, Internet Bank, Labor Resources Management, Fixed Assets and Material Assets, Collective Works Organizer. Creating a Data Center

ILADA LLC has created a data center based on the IBM Blade server and received a license for the provision of telematic communication services. Created: web server http://www.ilada.info, mail server @ ilada.info, servers for development, testing, rendering services rental software and technical complex. A virtual machine creation mechanism has been created. Two Internet access channels have been established. It works through virtual private networks (VPN) and secure Internet access (https).

2010: Registration of Ilada LLC

In 2010 employees of the Design Directorate of InfoLada LLC were separated into a separate IT company in order to create cloud and box solutions of Russian software.

ILADA Limited Liability Company was registered on August 12, 2010. Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 2 in the Samara Region. ILADA LLC was created as a result of the separation of the ILADA Corporate Information System development team from InfoLada LLC.

2008

World Crisis 2008 very hard hit innovation, new projects. Enterprises have begun to save on IT projects and marketing specialists.

At this time, a new solution was born that permeates all the functionality of the system - business process management. As a result, four main processes (information, research, project and production) generating a flow of organizational tasks were combined into one subsystem with electronic document management and a repository of electronic documents.

• We created the Favorites mechanism - the ability to create a desktop - personal folders of documents with pre-configured filters, sorts, groupings, a list of necessary elements and "bookmarks." Now it is possible to form your own "desktop," on which you can upload documents from various subsystems and tasks. For example, I am interested in: Budgets, Contracts, Bank Payments, Customer Service, My New Cases, Overdue Cases. Another may be interested in Warehouse Status, Ordered Materials, Reserved Items. The third desktop is Contracts, Orders, Projects.
• Prepared the possibility of forming an "employment contract" on the basis of personal data, job responsibilities, requirements and knowledge established in the system.
• We have created a project and budget management system of the project organization with the solution of problems of "gaps" between contracts with customers, internal orders and project tasks of specific executors.
• Created a new version of accounting with a "subconto," with typical reporting and flexibility. ILADA
• We created a new version of budget management and management accounting with business processes for coordinating contracts, budget requisitions and the payment calendar, which provides operational management of the enterprise.
• We have worked out several options for remote work: terminal access, access through VPN with our own browser, Web access through browsers of various manufacturers.
• Created a "modular" designer of industry solutions from more than 30 modules and 200 tasks.

2006: Product Creation

In 2006, a "prototype" was created, the program and documentation for the ILADA program. It was necessary to release an "experimental batch" and carry out "production preparation." To do this, it was necessary to create instrumental technologies: "Veriability of programs," "Veriability of documentation," "Implementation technology," "Sales technology," "Maintenance and support technology," "SaaS technology - Soft as a Service - program as a service" and much more. All this took years.

These were years of euphoria and disappointment, ups and downs, finds and losses, the struggle between general and private decisions, years of hardening and formation.

At first there was euphoria: a cool product was created, now there will be a boom in orders. Created a Customer Service Center. Produced promotional materials and partner programs. Conducted several workshops for clients and partners. Seminar participants spoke well about the product. Orders and partners have appeared. And weekdays began. Orders are executed slower than desired. The number of orders is less than expected. Sales professionals are slowly mastering a complex software product. Disappointments appeared. And with them an understanding of the need to create and improve "technologies."

2005: "ILADA" program and company

The program for computers "ILADA Corporate Information System" was registered on March 25, 2005 by the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks.

1989-1990

The history of the formation of ILADA LLC begins with the InfoLada company, which has been operating in the information technology market since 1989. In 1990 a design directorate was created, which was engaged in the development of an information system for banks and industrial enterprises. The first GIS is an information system generator and the first applications were written in Clipper.
