Biography

Ivan Tavrin graduated from the international law faculty of MGIMO of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

Ivan has extensive experience in the media industry, both as an investor and as an executive. In 1997, Ivan created the Konstrakt-Region advertising agency, which became the largest in the regional advertising market.

In 2002, Ivan Tavrin founded and headed the Regional Media Group, which combined television and radio assets. In 2006, after merging the television assets of Regional Media Group with the TV-3 television network, Ivan became president of the TV-3, and also joined the company's board of directors.

2007: Creation of Media-1 Holding and Choose Radio Group
