Biography

Anton Lvovich Evgeniev was born on August 26, 1979.

In 2001 he graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Instrument Engineering and Informatics with a degree in Informatics.

In 2003, he graduated from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, and in 2007 - from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Candidate of Economic Sciences.

In 2001-2003 worked in the Moscow regional office of Huawei Technologies, served as deputy director of the office.

In 2003, he joined the group of project managers of the planning and network development department of the technical directorate of OJSC Rostelecom.

In 2003-2005 - Deputy Head of the Capital Investment Department of the Capital Investment Management Department of OJSC Svyazinvest"," then (2005-2006) - Head of the Investment Development and Planning Department of Promising Programs of the same department. In addition, he is developing one of the largest IBS activities - the creation and implementation of complex computing and communication infrastructure solutions for large companies and government departments, including the construction of data centers, the creation of "cloud" platforms, the construction of data networks and video conferencing systems. Anton has extensive experience in the communications industry. In previous years, he served as General Director of OJSC Giprosvyaz, Director of the Department of OJSC Svyazinvest, worked at OJSC Rostelecom and the Moscow regional office of Huawei Technologies.
