In the spring of 2013 in Rosservice Ltd the strategic session of top management of the company with participation of heads of key divisions and representatives of regional network took place. In 2012 the number of staff of staff of Rosservice increased more than twice, new geographically distributed projects are started. Questions of compliance of key business processes and a management structure by the company to strategic tasks, studies of new services, the directions and target markets became key at a session. Participants at the event offered the ideas on expansion of a product portfolio, use of the acquired competences for entry into the new markets.

For the purpose of the detailed analysis, selection and implementation of offers in the field of strategic development of the company it is decided to involve the independent or managing director having experience of maintaining large-scale complex projects for development of business, implementation of the best world practices of corporate management. Biography

Igor Sundukov graduated from the All-Russian correspondence financial and economic institute in 1996, as Economist. In 2009 completed training at the Moscow international higher school of business of "MIRBIS" in the MBA program "Strategic management". Started a career in the field of information technologies in 1992 in R-Style company. In 2000 it was appointed the director of the Moscow branch of Nienschanz company. Passed into MERLION company in 2002 where for several years held different executive positions. In 2006 the Vice president for development of e-Style company. In 2010 the Chairman of the board of directors of RSI.
