Biography

Yuri Nikolaevich Mishcheryakov was born on January 1, 1945 in Kazakhstan at the large Agadyr railway junction of the Zhana-Arkinsky district of the Karaganda region. So it is recorded in the passport, although in fact it was born a month and a half later - February 16.

In 1962 he moved to the city of Orenburg, entered the school of working youth and at the same time worked on a geophysical expedition.

In 1971 he graduated with a degree in electricity supply to industrial enterprises, cities and agriculture, graduating from the evening department of the Orenburg Polytechnic Institute.

In 1989, he underwent retraining at the Academy of National Economy under the Council of Ministers of the USSR.

1963: Orenburg Promstroy

From 1963 to 1964 he worked in the mechanization department of the Orenburg Promstroy trust as a mechanic of the third category.

1964: Completion of military service

In 1964 he was called up for military service, served in the Baltic Fleet of the USSR Navy, demobilized in 1965.
