The finance department, economies and the property relations of Chukotka Autonomous Okrug changes the platform

The finance department, economies and the property relations of Chukotka Autonomous Okrug completed transfer of a system of collecting of the consolidated statements in all financial bodies of Chukotka Autonomous Okrug on SMART - the platform, the press service of Keysystems company reported on July 2, 2013.

Background

The finance department, economies and the property relations of Chukotka Autonomous Okrug one of the subjects of the Russian Federation, the first among the financial bodies, using the Svod-Web PC in the work made the decision on transfer of a complex to SMART - the platform. In May, 2013 specialists of municipal entities and the main managers of budgetary funds of Chukotka were trained at seminars in the city of Anadyr where they received skills on installation, convertings of data and in practice studied new functionality of the Svod Smart PC.

Result

For July 2, 2013 in finance department an inspection of reports of the last periods postponed from the Svod-WEB PC is carried out and also collecting of the reporting on the new SMART PLATFORM is organized.

Victoria Litvinova, the head of department of accounting of cash transactions of the budget and consolidated statements of finance department, economy and the property relations of Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, noted: "We use the Svod-WEB PC since the end of 2011, however the situation with communication channels to municipal entities complicated application of a complex in full. Looked forward new SMART - platforms, and we want to note positive aspects of implementation:

• the analysis of summary forms became intuitive, and very much helps with work;
• unity and convenience of the interface of the program, both from subordinated organizations, and at specialists of financial body;
• stable work on bad communication channels: additional organizations of level of the subject which could not work in the Svod-WEB PC earlier are connected;
• by specialists of Finance department and subordinated organizations the flexible mechanism of import of reports in formats of Federal Treasury is mentioned".
