Within the program of upgrade of IT in authorities of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic before IT specialists of RTsIT there was an effective objective - to provide the high level of controllability of IT infrastructure, to organize uniform point of entry of users and access to IT services, to take use of the software under control and also to perform system implementation of uniform technical support service.

According to the complex project, the Softline company carried out product introduction of System Center 2012 Configuration Manager to RTsIT, the press service of the company reported on July 30, 2013.
