The military and air academy of Zhukovsky and Gagarin tests transport control system

On October 17, 2013 the Omnicomm company announced system implementation of monitoring and control of fuel consumption on the filling equipment of military airfield Baltimore of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Equipment of the equipment was made by Omnicomm-Service company.

Project Task

The implementation purpose - determination of systems capabilities of Omnicomm on control of movement of the servicing equipment and automation of a service management process of aircrafts and also control and accounting of fuel.

Project Progress

Test system implementation GLONASS/ GPS- monitoring and control of volume of the transported fuel is carried out century Military educational scientific center of the Air Force of "VVA".

Within implementation a monitoring system of Omnicomm FTC ("Fuel Transaction Control") mounted on the standard aviation fuel-servicing truck MAZ which tank is equipped, both the fuel level sensor, and the additional high-precision sensor collecting information on fuel issue transactions.

Project Results

Are taken by test system implementation of monitoring under control of movement of the fueler, including observance of the high-speed mode by it in the territory of airfield. With a high accuracy refueling air vehicles is controlled. During tests simulation of the abuses (unauthorized fuel dump, speeding, departure out of limits of a geozone of airfield) which are successfully recorded by a system is carried out.
