2021: Liquidation of the company

It was reported that TrSYS is an independent company that was part of the ITG holding.

The founder of the company was the Cypriot CLAUDDY SOFTVAR LIMITED.

Transactional Systems was liquidated on December 17, 2021.

2012

Transactional Systems specialized in the development of acquiring solutions in Russia, the CIS and Europe. In 2012, TrSYS's revenue was distributed as 30% of sales in Russia, 35% in the CIS and 35% in the Baltic States and Europe.

TrSYS supplied the following products: CISBase - multi-platform application software for POS terminals, pinpads and self-service kiosks, TRPOS - an integrated cash solution with about 100 integration projects in Russia, TSPlus - a server software product designed to manage licenses and collect statistics from terminals. At the moment, CISBase software is unique, since it is assembled from the same source for different platforms and has a unified interface. It has been developed for the platforms of the 4 largest POS terminal equipment vendors - VeriFone, Ingenico, Hypercom and PAX, so it is easy and efficient to implement and maintain this software for banks.

It was planned that INPAS will continue to distribute POS terminals and supply software in Russia, INPAS International will continue its development within the CIS - Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Georgia, and the office in Hungary will be restructured and renamed, it will become subordinate to TrSYS as a "springboard" for working with European clients.
