On February 4, 2014 the RedHelper company announced implementation in an IT landscape of VTB Insurance company of RedHelper service - LiveChat.

VTB Insurance made the decision on start of the online consultant of RedHelper on the website for feedback on the online products.
The insurance company receives within a month thousands of messages through an online chat. Most often clients are interested in insurance conditions, conditions of receiving payments.
