• Bolotyuk Dmitry began his career at Sberbank of Russia with an engineer and grew up to the deputy head of the department.
• In 2006, he headed the IT Department of OmskVodokanal OJSC. In the first three years of work, large-scale IT projects were carried out: Creation of a billing system for a million-dollar city, Personal account, Electronic document management, etc. Thanks to this, the company has turned from a poorly developed municipal - into one of the most IT-developed enterprises in Omsk.
• In 2011, Dmitry Bolotyuk was invited to the Head Office of Rosvodokanal Group of Companies in Moscow to apply successful practice on the remaining seven water utilities of the Group.
