The Federal Treasury transferred to outsourcing Onlanta service of a hardware and software system of a monitoring system of execution of budgets

The Onlanta company (enters into LANIT group) started in September, 2014 rendering service in maintenance and ensuring operation of a hardware and software system of an information and analytical system of monitoring of key indicators of Federal Treasury.

One of the most important purposes of Federal Treasury is strengthening of stability, reliability and transparency of a financial system of the Russian Federation. The solution of one of strategic tasks – ensuring transparency and availability of information on a status of public finance, is possible only at the condition of application of the most advanced technologies, simplifications of administrative and technical procedures and the maximum process automation.

Within the solution of this task specialists of Federal Treasury developed and brought into operation an analytical monitoring system of key indicators of execution of budgets (further – the KPI system) the budget system of the Russian Federation: for public authorities and local government authorities – for the purpose of increase in efficiency and efficiency of acceptance of management decisions, for citizens – for the purpose of increase in publicity and transparency of the sector of public administration.

The KPI system allows to carry out the operational analysis of execution of budgets of all levels. Detailing – about 24 thousand budgets of certain settlements in the daily mode, since 2010.
