OKBM of Afrikantov implements the modified HCM SAP ERP system

On October 7, 2014 the Molga Consulting company announced implementation and completion of a system on the SAP HCM platform in OKBM of Afrikantov to Rosatom state corporation.

Project Tasks

Need of updating of a system is caused by implementation of a pilot project of the Social Insurance Fund (SIF) in 5 regions of the Russian Federation in the territory of which there are enterprises of ROSATOM State Corporation.

Pilot project of the Social Insurance Fund - an experiment on change of the scheme of payment of a number of social benefits: on temporary disability (according to the sick leave note), on pregnancy and childbirth, some other. Now they will be paid directly to the Social Insurance Fund. In the long term employers will be completely exempted from a duty of payment of social benefits: their payment will be made by directly territorial authorities of the Social Insurance Fund.

Project Progress

For installation of the standard solution in the industry SAP HCM system it was necessary to wait for a necessary software update from vendor of SAP.

After release of updating works on implementation are begun.

Project Results
