Biography

Education

Graduated from the All-Russian correspondence financial and economic institute, specialty "Accounting and Audit".

Has certificates of PMP Project Management Institute, Project management of PM EXPERT, certificates of SAP CIS - FI/CO, SD, MM, SMI,PLM, "Creation of the company of a world class" of the French business school ^[1]. Also went the programs "Leadership", "Development of Managers", "Skills of Management", "Team building", "Motivation of Personnel" to CBSD, the Mainstream, Team Training and Academies of Rhetoric.

Career

In 2001-2006 worked as the SAP architect, the project manager, the head of a support service of SAP.

In 2007-2011 – the project director of TNK-BP. According to Anastasia Chistyakova's ^[2], during her work at project office of the company he grew up from five project managers up to 45 with a capacity of 50 projects a year.

In 2011-2013 – the head of project office ERP in Sibur.

Transition to work to Rosatom

In 2013 Anastasia Chistyakova passed to work into Rosatom. In July became the associate director on IT of state corporation, and in October headed Directorate on management of the YaEK programs of Greenatom.

In 2014 it was appointed the director of the department of information technologies of Rosatom. Information on it appeared in the section of structural divisions on the website of state corporation.

In a new position of Chistyakov replaced Evgeny Charkin who headed IT department of Rosatom since October, 2012, and in August, 2014 passed to the Chief information officer's position into Metalloinvest.

Dismissal from Rosatom

In June, 2018 the director of the department of information technologies of Rosatom Anastasia Chistyakova left the company. Told a source in the IT contractor of state corporation about this TAdviser, and confirmed two sources in Rosatom. According to one of them, Chistyakova left at own will.

On official request of TAdviser for Chistyakova's dismissal and her successor in Rosatom could not answer the moment of the publication of material quickly.

Under the leadership of Anastasia Chistyakova in Rosatom continued to be implemented and the program of transformation of IT was complete. After its termination against the background of government initiatives of development of digital economy in 2018 Rosatom began development of uniform digital strategy of state corporation.

At the end of 2017 in Rosatom the new directorate - on digital transformation was created, and in May, 2018 the director of digitalization of Rosatom (Chief Digital Officer, CDO) – Ekaterina Solntseva was appointed.

Despite emergence of profile directorate, Anastasia Chistyakova was also involved in development of uniform digital strategy of Rosatom. In May the representative of basic university of Rosatom - NIYaU MEPhI – on a round table in May, 2018 represented materials where it is specified that Chistyakova is registered responsible in the working group on development of strategy of digitalization of the industry.

Solntsevo in the same materials it appears the responsible person in the working group on creation of strategy of digital business of state corporation.

Data on income

According to the data published on the website of Rosatom in 2017 Anastasia Chistyakova declared 16.4 million rubles, for 2016 - 15.8 million rubles, in 2015 - about 24 million rubles.

In 2015 "Top-10 of women in the Russian IT industry of 2015" is included in the list of TAdviser.

Hobby, rest

In the interview published in the bulletin of programs of transformation of IT of Rosatom in December, 2013, Anastasia Chistyakova shared that it has two especially favourite formats of rest: giving with a bath, fishing and landscaping, and "escape" with family or friends to other country.

The first is more available on time, the second switches much better and even reboots, especially if you get to the country with cardinally other culture", - she noted.
