Digma is an international manufacturer of digital devices and consumer electronics for home and business. DIGMA has been on the Russian market since 2005, gaining the recognition of consumers and partners as a manufacturer of technological and quality products at a reasonable price.

History

2025: Single Brand Development

The DIGMA brand on December 19, 2025 announced the completion of the transformation stage and the transition to a single brand architecture: from December 2025, all products will develop under the DIGMA brand. The DIGMA PRO line is preserved as a flagship, high-tech direction within the framework of the updated brand.

Combining into a single architecture with a clear line structure makes the portfolio clearer for the consumer and reflects the evolution of the brand from an affordable electronics manufacturer to a confident, technological player who deeply understands the modern needs of users and creates various devices for work, study and life. All brand products will now also be presented under a single updated logo:

DIGMA's transformation began in 2020 and touched on every aspect of the business, from product strategy and engineering to positioning and communications. The changes were a response to the challenges of the global market and the demands of modern audiences. The number of engineering and product teams was significantly increased, production processes were debugged and technology selection criteria were tightened. The result of many years of work was a radical revision of the product portfolio: in three years the matrix was updated by 70%, and the level of marriage was reduced to a record low 1%.

In 2025, the brand systematically began to expand the warranty period for many categories of devices to 2 or 3 years, which reflects confidence in the quality of the products presented. The strategic concentration in the laptop, monitor and SSD markets has led to a 3x increase in the brand's total turnover over the transformation period. DIGMA laptops showed especially dynamic growth - sales increased by 50% back in 2024 and reached 100,000 devices sold.

An important step was the launch at the end of 2022 of the DIGMA PRO sub-brand, which became a testing ground for a high-tech, meaningful approach to product creation, branding and communications strategy.

The accumulated experience and success of DIGMA PRO became the catalyst for the main stage of transformation - the restart of the parent brand itself, announced in 2024 as DIGMA 2.0.

The management of the transformation process and the launch of the DIGMA PRO subbrand was carried out by the team of the Private Labels division of its own brands. Merlion.
