History

• It is founded in 1992 by the staff of the Russian Academy of Sciences. From the moment of the basis specializes in deliveries of the personal and office equipment.
• 2010 — opening of branches in Rostov-on-Don and Yekaterinburg
• 2011 — opening of branch in Novosibirsk

Merlion and EuroBusiness signed in the fall of 2013 the agreement on strategic partnership for promotion of the personal, office equipment and supplies, said in a joint statement of the parties. Management of the united company is assigned to the Merlion group as a part of which EuroBusiness will continue to fulfill the contract commitments, both before suppliers, and before partners. According to the reached agreement EuroBusiness will get access to ample distribution opportunities of Merlion which product portfolio, in turn, will be replenished with solutions of Canon and Epson.

Facts

Quarterly more than 1200 Russian companies which are engaged in sale of office, computer and digital equipment become partners of EuroBusiness. These are the wholesale companies, large retail networks of electronics, computer shops, firms specializing in sales to corporate customers.
