Keysystems implemented an end-to-end system of planning of the budget in the Ministry of Finance of Mordovia

On November 11, 2014 the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Mordovia jointly with specialists of Keysystems company continues work on creation in the region of the uniform automated control system for public finance.

So, quite recently the Ministry of Finance of Mordovia and Keysystems signed the public contract on implementation of subsystems for design of the republican budget for program target principle. Thus, a set of the interconnected subsystems of design of the budget - "Planning of expenses", State programs, "The state task", "The plan of financial and economic activity", "The register of payment commitments", "Regulation of the interbudget relations", "Forecasting of income" was added to a number of the elements of a single automated system which are successfully applied today which are responsible for processes of treasurer budget implementation (BUDGET SMART), implementation of public procurements (WEB-Torgi-KS), collecting of the consolidated budget reporting ("Svod Smart").

The high level of mutual integration of elements of an automated system allows to create a common information space in the field of management of public finance of the Republic of Mordovia with observance of rules of single information input and ensuring its real-time processing. A main objective of such approach of the Ministry of Finance of Mordovia to automation of budget process is quality improvement and efficiency of financial management of authorities and public institutions.
