On Slavyanka confectionery in the fall of 2014 the first results of system implementation GLONASS/ GPS- monitoring of transport are summed up. As a result of equipment of trucks and special equipment a System SCOUT expenses alone on fuel were cut down up to 20%. Further modules of monitoring will be installed on all machines of factory vehicle fleet which has more than 130 vehicles.

"UK Slavyanka" is a group of the modern industrial complexes equipped with the latest hi-tech equipment which turns out products of such brands as Miracle, Gold Step and "A children's souvenir". In the territory of the enterprise the construction equipment is operated, for transportation of products trucks are used, and passenger cars are used for needs of the management. To monitor movement of all vehicle fleet and to control a consumption of fuel and lubricants, the checked and reliable monitoring system of transport was necessary for factory. The key requirement to such system was the possibility of automation of waybills. As a result of the held competition a choice of confectionery was made for benefit of the equipment and the software of SCOUT group.

Work on system implementation was performed by company TsSM "Satellite" - the authorized partner of SCOUT Group in the Belgorod region. At the first stage of implementation the certified specialists made installation of modules of monitoring MT-700 on 33 units of transport and also equipped a part of machines with fuel level sensors.

"We were faced by accurate tasks: control gas stations of fuel and stop its draining, provide control of work of vehicle fleet, having excluded, including, the "left" runs. In the first month of operation of a system these problems began to be solved. So, using a System SCOUT 2 drivers who did not add 20-30 liters of fuel at gas stations were revealed and dismissed. And in general the expense of factory on fuel and lubricants was noticeably reduced – from 5 to 20% depending on transport type", - Victor Trofimov, the deputy CEO of TsSM "Satellite" comments.

For managers 5 jobs with software SCOUT-Studio which is a part of a software package SCOUT Platform were organized. Feature of the project is that in a system two managers in parallel work: the manager comparing data of monitoring with waybills of drivers, and the manager obtaining information from a System SCOUT in program 1C. Such interaction became possible thanks to the SPIK expansion. Service of program integration and communication (SPIK) allows a System to be integrated SCOUT with corporate systems of customers.

Vehicle fleet of Slavyanka factory continues to be equipped with a System SCOUT – is going to connect to it about 100 more vehicles. Implements the project company TsSM "Satellite" in dense interaction with technical support of SCOUT Group.
