Sea state university of a name of the admiral G.I. Secret Net

Softline announced in February, 2015 project completion on connection of the Sea state university to a monitoring system of processes of certification of the scientific personnel. As a result the automated workplace of the user was connected to a system according to all requirements of the Russian legislation, and communication channels with a resource are reliably protected.

The sea state university of a name of the admiral G.I. Nevelsky - one of the leading universities of the Pacific Rim and the scientific and methodical center of sea education. Organization trains specialists of all profiles necessary for the sea transport system, on natural-science, humanitarian, technical and sea conventional for the directions. In the state - 85 professors, more than 300 associate professors and also dozens of teachers and employees having honorary titles.

For acceptance to protection of theses and award of ranks dissertation councils should be connected to a single state information system of monitoring of processes of certification of the scientific personnel (EGISM). It works in federal scale and is intended for automation of a system of the state scientific certification.

"The main objective was to organize the workplace which is completely satisfying to the rules regulating creation and support of work of a federal information system of the state scientific certification. Important was to provide the due level of information security", – Vernigora Ilya, the chief of computer department of the center of information technologies of the Sea state university of G.I. Nevelsky noted.

For project implementation the customer announced competition in which victory was won by Softline having extensive experience of development and deployment of difficult complexes of ensuring data protection. Specialists of the company suggested to protect the certified workplace using solutions Infotecs and Code of Security.

During the project for the organization of a session on the Internet using domestic encryption algorithms engineers of Softline implemented a client part of the software package ViPNet Custom on the workstation. To prevent unauthorized access to the computer using which interaction with EGISM is performed Secret Net means of protecting were set. In the final of the project the complete solution Security Studio Endpoint Protection (SSEP) providing antivirus protection and preventing network invasions was implemented. Analysts of Softline developed model of security risks of information, operational and certification documentation.
