In the Government of the Rostov region the automated control system based on the platform Parus is created

May 26, 2015. The Parus corporation announced creation of an integrated automated control system financial and economic activity in the Government of the Rostov region based on the platform Parus.

186 users, among them 55 administrations in municipal districts and the cities of the Rostov region, 55 financial managements in municipalities, 9 committees and departments of the property and land relations work with an information system.

In a common information space the staff of department of planning and financing, the sector of the interbudget relations and internal financial audit, department of accounting and the reporting, management on personnel work and also socioeconomic department work, says.

Result

In a project deliverable, implemented by regional department – Parus Don, government office of the Rostov region received the IT tool for management of budget process. In particular, a system allows to carry out using OLAP technologies budget implementation monitoring, the analysis of economy of budgetary funds in the different directions of expenses, the automated control of assumed budget commitments taking into account their limits and method of procurement (quotation, purchase of small volumes, natural monopoly and so forth) according to law No. 44-FZ is provided. The solution allows is automated to monitor percent of purchases at small business entities.

The software package provides IT support of personnel management of public service, including monitoring of personnel potential, management of selection and certification of personnel, the analysis of a status of a talent pool. Besides, work of service on the state awards is automated, namely: accounting provided to rewarding and winners, control of execution of an order of representation to rewarding and also monitoring of terms of passing of prize documents, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
