History

2024: General Director of the UAC appointed head of the Rostov region

On November 4, 2024, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree appointing the General Director of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of the Rostec state corporation) Yuri Slyusar to the post of interim head of the Rostov region. In this position, he will replace Governor Vasily Golubev, who resigned of his own free will. Read more here.
