Top-10 women in the Russian IT industry of 2015. Rating of TAdviser ‏‏

These offers were taken as a basis by the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications by preparation of the draft resolutionof the government on restriction of purchases of the foreign software. Moreover, the association creates the register of software corresponding to the criteria offered in the draft resolution on own website.

Moreover, use of Open Source, according to Zvyagina, allows service to save money that became especially relevant in the last year when in FSSP financing was cut down. 'In the field of IT it allows to forget about implementation some the expensive and important projects concerning development. Money hardly is enough for maintenance of the existing systems', - the official at a conference of CNews in March, 2015 said.

From the Central Bank directly she supervises creation of the National Payment Card System aimed at transfer to Russia of transaction processing on bank cards.

As of May, 2015 in the National Payment Card System the national operational and independent platform for processing of in-Russian transactions using national and international payment cards was created. In 2016 - 2018 it is going to develop payment products and services based on the National Payment Card System.

Based on program implementation for 2014 year on support more than 5000 users of the enterprises of the industry were accepted, at the same time the quality level of service of users regarding corporate IT systems was increased by 10 times at simultaneous decrease in internal costs on service of one user on average by 12%.

Regarding a core infrastructure under the leadership of Chistyakova in 2014 works on reliability augmentation of key corporate information systems by creation of the geodistributed cluster including the main and reserve DPCs were begun. For performance improvement of corporate systems modern DWH on the basis of a solid-state memory was put into operation. The functionality of a core of the corporate data network (CDN) is expanded under the systems of service of wireless segments.
