Biography

Natalya Borisenko was born in 1977 in Moscow. In 1999 graduated from Financial academy at the Government of the Russian Federation majoring in "financial management". Candidate of Economic Sciences.

In 1998 became the leading economist of treasury of Gazprom, the senior economist of department of account management Mezhregiongaz of treasury of finance department Gazprom.

In 1998-2002 — the senior economist, the chief economist, the assistant department head of account management of subsidiaries and organizations of treasury of finance department Gazprom.

In 2002-2004 — the chief of summary and organizational department of treasury of corporate finance department Gazprom.

In 2004-2007 — the deputy head of department of planning of economy of infrastructure of Society of Finance and economics department Gazprom.

In 2007-2011 — the head of department of information and analytical systems of finance and economics department Gazprom.

In 2011-2014 — the deputy chief of finance and economics department Gazprom.

2015: Chief of IT department of Gazprom

Since 2015 - the head of the department of Gazprom which was responsible for issues of informatization. Under its management strategy implementation of informatization of the group and the comprehensive target program of development of a common information space for 2018-2022 developed within this strategy in 2017 was enabled.

According to a source of TAdviser in Gazprom, Natalya Borisenko participated in writing of strategy of informatization of group for 2009-2014. Also, he claims, under the direction of Borisenko the strategy of implementation of systems based on SAP was implemented. The department was created in July, 2015. Its work was supervised by the deputy chairman of Gazprom Andrey Kruglov who headed finance and economics department of the company from the arrival of Alexey Miller's team to it.

Since April 1, 2019 Andrey Kruglov left Gazprom, having held a post of the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation. And later in 2019 within the general reform of a corporate management system in Gazprom the department which was responsible for issues of informatization was excluded from the structure of administration of the company (department 840). On this background Natalya Borisenko left the company.

Functions of department 840 after its reforming were separated. Everything that is connected with issues of informatization, was transferred to specially created structural division in administration Gazprom under control of the deputy chairman Famil Sadygov. And the subject of complex automation of production and technology processes is fixed in other newly created division which is supervised by the deputy chairman Oleg Aksyutin.

2019: Transition to work to Sibur

In December TAdviser knew that Natalya Borisenko got a job in Sibur. The company confirmed this information, having specified that Borisenko came to the company in the fall, having held a position of the adviser to the managing director.
