2021: Plans to launch a network of coworking centers in Moscow

At the end of July 2021, it became known about Enka's intentions to launch a network of coworking centers in Moscow. Vedomosti writes about this with reference to three consultants familiar with the plans of the Turkish developer, as well as a company representative.

At the disposal of the newspaper was a presentation in which it is reported that the first project of flexible offices will be launched by the Paveletskaya Plaza business center (aka Paveletskaya Tower), which is located on Paveletskaya Square and belongs to Enka itself. According to the document, the area of ​ ​ the future coworking will be 1690 square meters. m, it will be designed for 230 jobs.

A large coworking company Enka comes to Moscow

According to the publication, the launch of office spaces in the Paveletskaya Plaza is scheduled for late August or early September 2021. One of Vedomosti's interlocutors says that the demand for this flexible office from various companies will be high, then the developer will consider the possibility of increasing its area. A spokesman for Flexity said the company already has tenants on the property, but he wouldn't name them.

It is expected that the second Enka co-working space in Moscow will occupy two floors in the former building of the Ministry of Economic Development on Ovchinnikovskaya embankment, acquired by the group for 2.7 billion rubles. The total area of ​ ​ a 10-story building is about 23 thousand square meters. m, and coworking can take about 4.5 thousand square meters. m.

The flagship project of Enka in Moscow can be called the "Tower on the Embankment" in the business center "Moscow City." It is assumed that if the first coworking spaces of the project are successful, the flagship point will soon be opened there.

Enka is one of the largest Turkish developers working in Russia. He owns 360 thousand square meters of retail space and 370 thousand square meters. m of offices (by July 2021).
