Biography

He graduated with honors from MATI - RSTU named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky. He receives an MBA in Information Management (CIO) from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation ( RANEPA).

He has experience in building effective IT processes and management systems based on modern information technologies in holding companies, as well as experience in creating vertical insourcing and outsourcing structures for accounting and information services.

The main achievements during this period are:

• Implementation of the SAP ERP system in TGK-12 and TGK-13;
• Complete migration of IT infrastructure and application systems from the infrastructure of the parent company (6,500 users, 10 application systems), including the separation of the SAP ERP installation and the creation of a data center;
