Maxim was born on June 16, 1986.

From 2005 to 2008 he worked as a researcher at the North Caucasus State University of Technology.

From 2008 to 2010, he worked as a CIO at Exciton.

In 2010 and 2011, he worked as deputy director for IT at the Stavropol State Agrarian University.

In 2011 and 2013, he worked as the head of the system integration department at Business IT.

In 2013, he worked as general director at TK Region Telecom.

Since 2013, he joined Softline.

In 2015, Maxim Viktorovich Lemeshko worked as a manager for the sale of solutions from the cloud technology department of Softline.

In 2016, Maxim Lemeshko worked as the head of the sales department of Microsoft cloud solutions at Softline, and is also the deputy director of the federal sales center. As part of the main position, he is building a "streaming" cloud business in the reef and the CIS.
