Centrgaztruboprovodstroy upgraded instruments of control over departmental special transport

On August 13, 2015 the Omnicomm-Service company announced project completion on equipment of vehicle fleet of Centrgaztruboprovodstroy Ltd of an ACS of SMT Omnicomm.

Project Tasks

"Centrgaztruboprovodstroy" uses the specialized construction equipment and vehicles (the pipe layers, pipe carriers, rotational cars on the chassis Ural, etc.) completed with FAS terminals Omnicomm Optim, FTC with fuel level. Works on system implementation of FMS are performed in 2013, two years later the company decided to re-equip the equipment for business process optimization and operational acceptance of management decisions by the control online installation.

Igor Elsukov, the head of the analytical department Omnicomm-Service, noted: "Economic effect was reached due to obtaining the broad picture displaying consumption of fuel, movement and operating time of vehicles. The cloud service of Omnicomm Online allows to monitor relocations of the CU with a possibility of creation of the reporting for any operational period. Onto operation of the equipment it is controlled in real time".

Project Results

Comparing fuel consumption indicators, the company revealed positive dynamics. On the platform in the city of Ukhta decrease in consumption of fuel was 176 l of DT, in Tula - 1.3 thousand l. As a result on an expense in two regions decrease in level of consumption of fuel was 230 l.
