The monitoring system of Omnicomm transport is the hardware-software complex including three the main components: onboard registrars, fuel level sensors and software. All components provided in new generation of a system of tracking as well as earlier, the Omnicomm company makes independently.
In navigation registrars of the Profi and Optim series all main requirements imposed to the equipment of modern monitoring systems of transport are implemented, at the same time special emphasis a development team was put on preserving of reliability and high-quality an aircraft equipment. Compliance of the new registrars to requirements to the equipment of GLONASS stated in the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2012 No. 285 is also important.
Registrars of the Omnicomm Profi series provide the maximum functionality and are intended for control of transport which is used in the most severe conditions. Ample opportunities of connection of fuel level sensors and peripheral devices to these registrars are combined with the increased protection against climatic influences and attempts of sabotage by personnel of the enterprise.
Registrars of the Omnicomm Optim series are held for use in most cases when the increased protection and specific functionality is not required. The registrar differs in lower cost in comparison with the Profi model, compact dimensions and small weight. At the same time in model the majority of the functions demanded by the companies controlling transport is saved and also high reliability of work on vehicles of any age and a status is provided.
Devices of the Omnicomm Light series are the most available solution in a line of the company and are intended for the simplest problems of monitoring.
Omnicomm Autocheck 2.0
The software version of Omnicomm Autocheck 2.0 became more functional in comparison with the software of Omnicomm Autocheck SE of the previous generation. In the program there were new opportunities demanded by users of monitoring systems of transport – control of geozones, notifications on events and violations and also differentiation of access rights available to the user. In the new version of software, thanks to the mechanism of preprocessing of data, reports are under construction very quickly, regardless of an interval and the number of vehicles.
The new interface of the software Omnicomm Autocheck 2.0 which allows to display any quantity of cartographic windows and reports is developed for increase in limits of expansion of functionality. The department of development of Omnicomm company notes that tried to save the intuitive interface, having avoided its congestion, and in structure of the program further expansion of functionality is put.
Official sales of new generation GLONASSGPS of system / monitoring of transport began in November, 2012. Let's remind that the lifelong guarantee extends to all equipment made by Omnicomm company.
Omnicomm Autocheck 2.4
Key difference of the new version of Autocheck is considerable expansion of opportunities of the automated status monitoring and movement of vehicles and the equipment. Now the user of a system can set target zones of location of vehicles (geozone). Besides, installation of borders of operation parameters of the engine and fuel consumption is possible. Deviations from routes, rules and boundary parameters will be automatically recorded in the database and reflected in special reports. Notifications on abuse of regulations will be also sent to the user by e-mail.
One more important innovation of Autocheck 2.4 – an opportunity for work in the multi-user mode and separations of access rights. Now each user can work with own object group of monitoring that increases convenience of using of a system in the organizations with the complex circuit of scheduling and subordination and also a large number of users.
In the new version of Autocheck the output speed of graphic reports is considerably increased and also there was an opportunity to edit geozones directly in reports Track and Location and to create round geozones (with indication of the address or coordinates of the center). Display of a track of movement of the vehicle at the switched-off ignition and also display on the card of stops is in addition implemented.
Integration of Omnicomm Autocheck and Omnicomm Online with SAP Business One
Dispatching monitoring systems and controls of transport based on satellite GLONASSGPS technologies / Omnicomm Autocheck Omnicomm Online are also integrated the software with the platform SAP Business One . Integration is performed by the company "INIST" - the official partner of corporation SAP.
Now all data on use of transport controlled by the navigation and telematic equipment Omnicomm, including data on location and a route of the vehicle, a run fuel consumption and gas stations can be in real time transferred to the SAP Business One system and are used in the system of management accounting and also business process management of the company.
Use of navigation and telematic data allows to expand the concept of "solutions on the basis of the complete information" implemented by SAP Business One on the transport park of the company and not only to have complete and relevant information about the related expenses, but also to increase the forecasting accuracy of arrival time of transport and quality of logistic processes.
Joint work with SAP Business One, along with the specialized solution issued last year "1C: Motor Vehicle Management Prof", is the next step in the program of software integration Omnicomm with platforms of the development of business applications directed to expansion of use of navigation data in accounting and support of business processes.
