2015: Maxim Korobov became IT investor

The solution designer for protection against DDoS attacks Inoventica Technologies entering into Inoventica IT holding changed in the summer of 2015 of the co-owner. As Kommersant knew^[1], 50% of the company from the former contractor of the Ministry of Defence of RAMEK-VS were redeemed by the ex-deputy of the State Duma Maxim Korobov.

About changes in a shareholding structure Inoventica Technologies Kommersant was told by the board member of Kommunikatsii dlya innovatsy Ltd (KDI, the head legal person of Inoventica holding) Slizen Vitaly. Transaction amount was about 50 million rubles, still the new shareholder invested "several tens of millions" in the company, this money will go for completion of products, mister Slizen specified.

RAMEK-VS was a supplier of information technologies for the Ministry of Defence. Market participants connected the company with the former CEO of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Central Research and Development Institute of Economy, Information Science and Management Systems Andrey Beltov who was a person involved in criminal case about fraud. "For the company which is engaged in cyber security it created reputational risks, and some time ago we began to look for the new investor" — Vitaly Slizen explained.

2017: Secession of shareholders Inoventica Technologies

At the end of 2017 Maxim Korobov left a shareholding structure of Inoventica Technologies LLC, having sold the share of authorized capital in the amount of 50% to "A regional initiative", the owner of assets of the Inoventica group only at that time, the including Kommunikatsii dlya innovatsy Ltd, Garant-Park-Internet LLC, Inoventica Technologies LLC, Radio Television Communication LLC.
