Biography

Svetlana Giatsintova was born on March 2, 1976 in Moscow. In 1999 graduated from the Moscow state pedagogical university.

Right after the termination worked as the human resources manager in Lanit company.

In 2004 received a position of the HR director of I-Teco.

In 2009 became the vice president of the Asteros group.

In 2011 - the HR director of Neoflex.

In the spring of 2013 Svetlana Giatsintova was appointed the HR director of HeadHunter. Its tasks included strengthening of a HR brand and gain of intellectual technology potential of the company.

In 2014 it is appointed the director of labor relations of Rosvodokanal.

In July, 2015 New cloud technologies company, the developer of the Russian MyOffice office suite, announced Svetlana Giatsintova's appointment to a position of the HR director and to organizational development. In this role Svetlana Giatsintova was responsible for scaling of the company - in 2016 New cloud technologies were going to broaden the state to 250 employees, for July, 2015 in the company 180 developers worked.
