Certification of Uptime Institute Tier III

The Russian operator of commercial custodial services and data processing of DataPro in January, 2018 announced successful passing by data center of DataPro Moscow in August-September, 2017 certifications of Uptime Institute on the Tier III Operational Sustainability standard (Operational stability), thanks to IFS Applications 9 regarding management of a MRO and service maintenance.

Since fall of 2015 in DataPro specialists "IFS RU Region" implemented three projects on system implementation of IFS Applications 9 as a result of which automation of such business processes as configuration management of technology equipment and the performed service procedures, management of qualification and business career of personnel, management of warehouse stocks and supply, technical and operational documentation is performed. It is performed integration of the IFS Applications 9 system with an accounting system on the 1C Platform, providing data transmission about results of economic transactions in a subsystem of material accounting.

Implementation of IFS Applications 9

On November 17, 2015 the IFS company announced implementation in DataPro Moscow of the product IFS Applications 9 for maintenance of upgrade of management of a MRO and service maintenance.

Project Tasks

It is supposed that using IFS Applications 9 the DataPro company will receive the instrument of effective management technical and service maintenance of technology equipment. Start of a system in operation is planned until the end of 2016.

Project Results

On April 12, 2016 the IFS company announced start of IFS Applications 9 in DataPro company for management of a MRO of DPC of DataPro Moscow.

In 2016 DataPro began productive use of the IFS Applications 9 system. The project is executed within six months.

In structure IFS EAM:

• configuration management of technology equipment and service procedures,
• management of qualification and business career of personnel,
• support of critical business processes.

The first stage of cooperation quite met our expectations both on quality of accomplishment of project works, and on terms. We were once again convinced of correctness of the choice of solution provider and we plan business development together with IFS. As well as it was supposed earlier, we prepare for further expansion of the sphere of use IFS Applications in our company therefore in the nearest future we are waited by new joint projects.
