According to the manufacturer, domestic watch-phone and leather bracelets under the WOCHI brand contain M1743-0Q2M a high-frequency band (HF) label developed by the Micron RFID laboratory. The WOCHI X telephone watch, in addition to standard functions (location determination, two-way voice communication, voice messaging, a telephone book with 10 numbers, several call modes), has a number of features - simple activation in a mobile application, online activation of the chip (on the mos.ru portal) without the need for parents to visit school to carry out the procedure for linking an identifier to a child. According to the manufacturer, watches and bracelets have bright colors, belts are made of high-quality hypoallergenic materials. The phone watch has a non-scratched, shock-resistant display and a moisture and dust-proof body.

As noted in Timton Group, watches and bracelets are recommended by the Moscow Department of Information Technologies (conclusion No. 68 of November 20, 2019) as an electronic identifier of the subsystem for providing services in the field of education using electronic maps of the Integrated Information System "State Services in the Field of Education in Electronic Form" (CIS GUSOEV).

As of January 2020, the Moskvyonok system has already been installed in 4333 buildings of educational organizations in Moscow, which is more than 95% of all buildings of kindergartens and schools in the city. "Moskvyonok" has already been used by one million schoolchildren, more than a million parents of preschoolers and about 185 thousand employees of educational organizations. All transmitted data is fully protected: data processing servers are located in the Russian Federation.
