Moskvyonok is the key to access to urban electronic services for young Muscovites and their parents. A school key that allows students to make cashless purchases in the school canteen, and parents to top up their personal account, help their children financial management and choose the most suitable food. In addition, parents can manage ways to inform, choose the events of a child's school life and the types of notifications.

The Moskvyonok project - the Passage and Nutrition information system has been implemented by the Moscow Government as part of the Information City program in Moscow kindergartens, schools, lyceums, colleges since 2012.

Moskvyonok services allow parents to remotely replenish their personal account, enter a stop list on products harmful to the child in the school buffet, manage the child's hot meals, and form a circle of proxies who receive information about the events of his school life.

To use services and services, you can use various Moskvyonok identifiers - a service card, a student's social card, a bracelet, a key fob, etc.

As of the beginning of 2018, the Passage and Nutrition information system was installed in 3568 buildings of educational organizations in Moscow, which is more than 90% of school buildings and 70% of kindergarten buildings in the city. Users of services and services of the project are 926 thousand schoolchildren, more than 757 thousand parents of preschoolers and more than 160 thousand employees of educational organizations.

ISBC from the very beginning played one of the significant roles as a supplier of equipment and cards in the Moskvyonok project. At first, these cards were made on the basis of foreign chips, however, following the general trend of import substitution, in 2019 the company proposed to pilot the production on the Micron chip. The project was successful and subsequently allowed to gradually increase the share in the total volume of products on the domestic chip. In 2022, already 100 percent of Moskvyonok cards contained a MIK1K chip,

The Moskvyonok service is constantly expanding its capabilities for the convenience of users and the provision of high-quality services. At the same time, we always strive to be on the front flank of the development of digital technologies and correspond to trends and trends in this area. The transition to cards with a domestic chip will provide greater security and independence from imports. Also in the 2022-2023 academic year, the design of the electronic map will be updated. It was chosen by the residents of the capital themselves by voting, which was held in May 2022. Design of the electronic card "Moskvyonok"

ISBC also supplies the Moskvyonok project with silicone bracelets and key fobs that completely duplicate the functionality of the card and allow you to choose the most convenient format for each child. In the near future, it is planned to transfer these identifiers to domestic chips.

2018: Release of "Moskvyonok" identifiers with Troika card application

ISBC in February 2018 announced the release of electronic bracelets, cards and keychains "Moskvyonok" with the transport application "Troika" for schoolchildren and parents of pupils of preschool groups. According to them, children can not only go to school, leave it and buy food in the buffet, but also ride the subway, buses, trolleybuses and trams, and adults - accompany the child to the building where the preschool group is located, and pick him up from there after classes.

Combined with the Troika card application, the Moskvyonok card and key fob bracelets went on sale in February. The manufacturer was ISBC. At the plant in Zelenograd, 2 thousand bracelets, several thousand cards and the same number of key fobs have already been made. They can be purchased in online stores. After buying a combined medium, parents need to contact an educational organization to link the gadget to the personal account of the user "Moskvyonok." This will be able to do the specialist responsible for the information system "Passage and Nutrition."

The card has two independent personal accounts.
