Content

2020: Development of the system of Risk Management CRM

"Consist Business Group" completed joint with Experian, the company in the field of information and analytical services for participants financially-credit the market, the project on implementation of Risk Management service CRM for Joint credit bureau. LANIT Reported about it on July 6, 2020.

Consist Business Group developed the platform for data analysis, received from service, and provided its integration with Experian PowerCurve Customer Management.

System implementation of Risk Management CRM provides the banks which are clients of the Joint credit bureau with opportunities of the advanced analysis risk profile of borrowers and promotes formation of the optimal counter offer for each client on the basis of the received results. Consist Business Group created the platform for data analysis (data mart) which due to integration with Experian PowerCurve Customer Management and thanks to analytical methods and models of credit scoring, allows creditor banks to create the most optimal and suitable counter offer for each borrower.

Within the project decision making process according to the credit requests arriving from clients is automated. Now banks can carry out online monitoring of potential clients whose credit stories gather from different sources in the data warehouse of Risk Management CRM and further to be analyzed in the uniform interface, convenient for users. Inclusion of the client in the sheet of monitoring and obtaining results following the results is performed automatically.

A system allows banks to trace requests of individuals for credit products to competitors. Further there is automatic notification of bank on activity of his client and formation of the recommendation of the counter offer in real time. And parameters of the offer can be modelled according to individual needs and a profile of each client.

The expanded PIN process of identification of the potential borrower implemented in it developed according to the recommendations of the Central Bank of Russian Federation became distinctive feature of a system . With its help it is possible to identify most authentically the potential borrower who addressed to bank as the individual and to create for it a unique identifier, so, to collect data on activities and the borrower's profile, crucial for business solution.

Within the project we developed a data mart for Risk Management CRM service. This uniform storage of credit stories with a possibility of identification of individuals using which results of the credit scoring executed in Experian PowerCurve Customer Management are displayed in a type, convenient for the client.

Joint experience and examination of Experian and Consist Business Group allowed to create the decision making system helping with credit portfolio management and development of the customer base of banks for the Joint credit bureau. We are sure that it is an important stage not only for us and the Joint credit bureau, but also for the Russian bank industry in general as the most advanced analytical tools and technologies become available to all market participants.

2015

On December 14, 2015 the Joint Credit Bureau announced start of new scoring of bureau IV of generation. Integrator and supplier of the software solution Experian company.

Project conditions

Scoring of the IV generation represents the analytical tool for a grade of reliability of the borrower in methodology of Bureau on the basis of data from credit history. The value is issued in the form of scoring point which reflects the probability of a default of the borrower in 12 months from the moment of issuance of credit.

Scoring of the IV generation is intended for banks, IFI, other credit institutions, the collection agencies, telecom operators and insurance companies. Scoring will allow to solve the following problems: increase in the separating force of the current model of credit institution at adoption of credit solutions; establishment of additional level of cutting off of "bad" borrowers by consideration of the credit request; segmentation of the current customer base for decision making in procedures of cross-sellings and changes of credit limits; increase in efficiency of collecting of arrears; economy on procedures of underwriting; decision making about sale of the loan portfolios.

New service differs from Scoring of the III generation in the relevance: during the work on service new population of 2014 and also some data of 2015 was analyzed. Other variables are developed for creation of Scoring of the IV generation, and a set of predictive variables contains only information from credit history of the borrower.

The model of Scoring is effectively complemented with the analytical tool of experimental design bureau for assessment of reliability of the borrower — the Index of credit load (CII). The index reflects the volume and the nature of debt load and is focused on assessment of borrowers who did not leave in delay yet, but are risky owing to growth of credit obligations.

Scoring of Bureau IV of generation allows to achieve significant increase in efficiency of the working decision making models. Service is constructed on the most significant indicators of credit history. At its calculation data from 191 million credit stories on 61 million borrowers received by bureau from more than 500 banks are used. The share of informative answers (hit reyt) at requests in experimental design bureau makes 96% that guarantees very high degree of quality of the scoring card.

The payment discipline of borrowers worsens, and credit loading for the last year grew on average by 3%. Banks should be extremely attentive during the work with the current loan portfolio. In this sense Scoring of Bureau IV of generation answers the most relevant tasks of credit institutions in the current realities of the market. The advantage of Service is easily checked by retrotesting, its efficiency is obvious from first month of connection. Besides, Scoring will be useful as when using within end-to-end systems on risk management of banks, and as independent model.
